About
Max Warren Architect is the North Canterbury and West Coast based architectural practice of award winning registered architect Max Warren.
Max has over 15 years of industry experience, including 12 years at a leading Christchurch / Ōtautahi architectural practice, having played a key role in a number of national and local award winning projects.
Max’s interest and passion is in residential architecture, having completed projects ranging from small-budget renovations, through to large scale high-end residential dwellings.
Max resides in Waikuku Beach with his family, at ‘Sandhill House’, a fun, compact beach house he designed. Sandhill House was recognized with a 2023 Canterbury Architecture Award.
When not in Waikuku he can be found fishing and surfing in Charleston, on the northern West Coast.
